NEW CLASSES
 
Come try one of our new classes; Pilates Plus Weds nights at 6:45 a combination class that includes Pilates mat, Cardiovascular exercise and strength training (bootcamp style).   Get all components of fitness in 1 class!  For all the Dancer's and Athletes out there come Weds nights at 6:00 and cross train this summer with Pilates which will increase overall strength, enhance performance, and reduce risk of injury in other activities.  If interested please e-mail Lisa Cataldo at pilatesforyou2@yahoo.com or call 978-866-3267.

The Pilates Method was developed in the 1920’s by German Athlete Joseph Pilates.  Pilates is a full mind/body conditioning method designed to tone, lengthen and strengthen your muscles.  Done correctly, this method can be a lifetime way of keeping your body in the best condition possible.  It is for all ages and fitness levels.

Class Descriptions

Basic – This class begins your journey into Classical Pilates.  You will learn the fundamentals including vocabulary, form and principles of movement.  It provides a solid foundation upon which to build and strengthen your “powerhouse”.  You will be introduced to the essential 1st exercises and key concepts you need to progress safely and effectively. 

Intermediate/Advanced Once you have mastered the basic exercises and have an understanding of the Pilates method, moving to an intermediate or advanced level is simply a matter of applying what you have learned to a more challenging set of exercises.  The pace picks up in this class and is more flowing.  This class takes your body to an invigorating and challenging new level of strength and control.  May include magic circle, weights, or balls.

Open Level – All are welcome except 1st timers please.  Class will be geared to majority of students fitness levels and experience in Pilates method.  May include magic circle, weights or balls.

Pilates Plus – Combination class that includes Pilates mat, Cardiovascular exercise and Strength training.  Get all components of fitness in 1 class!

5 class card $60.00
10 class card $110.00
20 class card $200.00
30 class card $270.00

*Class cards expire 6 months from purchase.

There will be a $10.00 fee for
any returned checks. 

Private sessions
1 session  $45.00

Duet sessions
 1 session $60.00

NEW! 1/2 hour session $25.00

Privates/duets have 24 hour notice for all cancelled appointments

NO SHOWS – Charged in full for private/duet sessions
